Q. How long will my hair system last for?

A. This all depends on how the system is looked after. Some experienced users will get them to last over a year. Most find they last 3-6 months. The most important thing is to order your replacement bespoke hair system in time. Always keep a back up or simply click and order a stock system!

Q. How do I wash the hair system?

A. All our systems are made using real human hair. The best shampoos are delicate and colour safe like those in our shop. We recommend cleaning your own hair as normal but your sytem just once a week while you're wearing it.

Q. What are the hair systems made from?

A. All our systems use real human hair. Remy is a term you may see mentioned on some sites. This refers to hair with it's cuticle in place. This is removed for all our systems in order to minimise tangling. The additional use of Blue Max Sealer goes further and virtually eliminates tangling.

Q. What can I do to maximise the life of my hair system?

There are two ways that hair system 'wear out': either colour fade or shedding. French lace bases shed hair less than Thin Skin or Super Fine Swiss. The sparing use of Blue Max Sealer and Liquid Blue colour maintainer really extend the life of your system.

Q. What activities can I do with a hair system?

There's nothing you can't do will wearing a hair system. We always recommend tape for the cleanest and strongest hold. Swimming, diving, rugby, riding a motorbike, bungee jumping are all activities we've carried out whilst wearing a hair system! If your hair system was to hold you back then you shouldn't be wearing.
