Our Guarantee To You
You, our client and consumer, is our most valued asset. We realise that looking good is extremely important and that wearing a hair system is a lifestyle choice which needs appropriate client care.

We guarantee to supply bespoke units to UK customers within 6 weeks of online ordering where a colour code is given or within 28 days of receipt of a hair sample where this is provided. At certain times of the year our manufacturing factories are closed but we will provide at least 2 weeks notice of any closure that will affect delivery times.

Our hair sytems will be made to the colour code or sample you have provided. As many knots at the hairline will be bleached as possible. Because of the artisan nature of hair systems there will be natural variations in hair density (around +/- 5%), minor colour variations and occasional knots that will not bleach (excessive using of bleaching agents will damage hair and shorten it's life span). That said you should be absolutely delighted with your system and we will remake any system that you are not happy with up to two times. If we have not produced the agreed system you have designed after these attempts we will issue you a full refund.

Our stock systems may be returned for all full refund as long as they have not been altered at all and are in a resaleable condition.

Occasionally we get rogue glues, tapes and other products that do not perform as they should or as you expect. Please contact us for a replacement item. We will always feed your experiences back to our suppliers and manufacturers.

All products our usually dispatched within 24 hours excluding where Sundays and Bank Holidays make this not possible.

Refunds will be processed within 48 hours of notification to you.


Sale and Supply of Goods to Consumers Regulations 2002

All refunds are governed by the Sale and Supply of Goods to Consumers Regulations 2002. All consumers are entitled to a repair or replacment where (a) good(s) is/are faulty within 6 months of purchase unless we believe and can prove the good(s) were not faulty at the time of sale. You may be legally entitled to a repair or replacment even after this period.
